Hey John, thanks for commenting. What’s your model? If you can’t eject the CD you might try to find a little hole on your front panel and use a paper clip to manually eject the CD.
But if you can’t find the eject hole it’s probably hidden and you will need to remove the whole CD unit to reach it out.
